This is a visual, auditory, and haptic attunement system; that will allow you to make, break, or change habits or routines.

We want to assist you to find self attunement.

The meaning of ATTUNE is to bring into harmony.

With this in mind; self attunement would be to bring your whole being into harmony, mind, body, and energetically. All allied for a greater outcome.

About the creators

Debra Crews Ph.D., a sports psychologist, along with Lorre Anderson MS, LPC have developed the mini box. The goal of this tool is to help you learn to break habit that do not serve you and replace them with habit you desire. 

Debbie Crews Ph.D. is a sports psychologist and work with athletes of all sport, with a focus on golf. She currently with with the ASU women’s golf team, LPGA, and many individual athletes ranging from juniors to professional. 

Lorre Anderson is trained to treat trauma, anxiety, addictions, etc. CBT and other therapies can also be implemented to assist in addressing the needs of her clients. She also works with depression, anxiety, grief, sexual concerns, relationship issues, and stress. 

The Research

These are EEG brain maps that measures electrical activity in the brain. This shows where and how much activity is going on at any given time.
